🔄 Yava Labs UAE – Return & Refund Policy

At Yava Labs UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with UAE e-commerce guidelines and industry best practices.

📆 Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns: Accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

  • Opened, used, or damaged items after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Promotional, bundle, and clearance items may be non-returnable and considered final sale.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed supplements

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Clearance and final sale items

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email within 24 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed — at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@yavalabs.ae with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
