Track your order

Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects it. Here's how it works.

1Order confirmation

You receive an email (and SMS) with your order number right after checkout.

2Dispatch & tracking

Within 1–2 business days we hand your parcel to the courier and email you the tracking link.

3Delivery

2–4 business days in the UAE, 5–8 to the GCC. The courier calls before delivery.
