Protein powder is the simplest way to hit your daily protein target, but the shelf can be confusing. Here is how we explain the differences to customers in our Dubai showroom every day.
First, know your target
Most active people do well on 1.6–2.2 g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. An 80 kg athlete needs roughly 130–175 g. Food should cover most of it; a shake simply fills the gap on busy days or straight after training.
Whey concentrate – the everyday choice
Elite Whey delivers 22 g of protein, 5 g of BCAAs and 2.4 g of leucine per serving. It mixes easily, tastes great and is the best value per gram of protein. If you tolerate dairy well and simply want a reliable post-workout shake, start here.
Whey isolate – leaner and lighter
Pure Iso Whey is filtered further, so it contains less lactose, less fat and fewer carbs per serving. Choose it if you are cutting, if regular whey sits heavy on your stomach, or if you want the highest protein percentage per scoop.
Beef protein – dairy-free power
Premium 100% Beef Protein is made from hydrolysed beef, so it is naturally lactose-free and suits anyone who avoids dairy. It is rich in collagen-type amino acids and absorbs quickly.
Casein – slow release for the night
Night Protein Casein digests slowly over several hours. Take it before bed or when you know you will go a long time without a meal.
Quick decision guide
- Build muscle, normal digestion: Elite Whey
- Cutting or lactose-sensitive: Pure Iso Whey
- Dairy-free: Beef Protein
- Before sleep: Casein
How to use it
One scoop (about 30 g) in 250–300 ml of cold water or milk, within an hour of training or whenever you need a protein top-up. Store the tub closed, cool and dry – the UAE summer heat is tough on powders left in a car.
Still not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and tell us your goal – we will point you to the right tub.
